An attempt at #120
Instead of having a try except block we could use the
string.isidentifier()method, which feasibly does the same thing since we have the global as a string. There's also an added bonus that it follows the code structure above it.This small patch does at least fix #120 for me, but I suspect something else is happening since I did need to kill the python.exe 's in my task manager before the changes worked, which leads me to believe the larger issue might be a zprocess thing.
